Throughout her extensive career, Dr. Grogan has served as a team leader on focused units for Division Human Services for the state of New Jersey. She was also a clinical instructor of third year medical students at Rutgers Medical School.

Continuously advancing her efforts, she is an active member of the American Medical Association and the American Psychiatric Association.
