Precision Building Construction, LLC (PBC) constructs poolside Dunkin Donuts at Calypso Cay Resorts in Kissimmee, FL

The resort's pool is surrounded by spacious decks, two full-service pool bars, and a one-of-a-kind poolside Dunkin Donuts.

PBC was contracted to demolish an outdated Tiki bar and construct the new Dunkin Donuts, including interior build-out. The heavy timber structure - trusses, columns, and tongue & groove - is built from #1 Southern Yellow Pine and steel. Because logistics is a pivotal part of a project's success, PBC also managed the delivery and installation all foodservice equipment. From start to finish, the project was executed without disruption to resort guests or staff, and guests can now enjoy their Dunkin' coffee poolside.
