The team behind EverEscents Organic Hair Care thinks outside the bottle when it comes to the environment and sustainability. In an initiative to move away from harmful single-use plastics, the company is consciously seeking to reduce plastic waste with their new Replenish program.

Coolum Beach QLD, Australia - September 10, 2019 / / —
Luke & Julia Charters of EverEscents are pleased to announce that customers can now refill their organic shampoo and conditioner bottles at select salons. Their custom-designed bottles enable customers to refill and reuse, rather than simply dispose. The creators of this initiative have been promoting creative thinking around waste reduction for over ten years. Through the Replenish program, select salons can now offer a refill service from their basin stock or a dedicated refill station.
Most salon owners will offer a friendly discount when customers utilise the refill service, saving both money and the environment. The Replenish initiative is designed to reduce waste and lessen the impact on the environment by reducing landfill, manufacturing and transportation. Ask your salon if they offer a Replenish Refill Service. For a full list of official stockists, check the salon locator available at https://www.everescents.com.au/salon-locations/
Luke Charters explained, "Our bottles are not single-use plastic bottles. Please do not dispose of our bottles after use, please refill, repurpose or recycle. Your conscious decision will make all the difference to help reduce waste.”
Careful planning and consideration has gone into the design of the bottles, so that they are not only sustainable, but also easy to refill. The black colour means that the bottles can be manufactured using any coloured recycled plastic. The bottles are 100% recyclable, and are also BPA free, so they’re safe to reuse over and over again. The bottles are manufactured with approximately 70% recycled waste plastic sourced from Queensland, where the company is located.
Customers can easily take the empty bottles into participating salons and fill them with the same high-quality product that they enjoyed before. Reusing product containers even a few times is a significant saver of the earth’s resources.
